REFUND & RETURN POLICY 
If you require a refund please inform is within the first 14 calendar days of delivery, from where you have a further 14 days to return the item. We will inform you of the best delivery address at the time, please wait for the confirmation/arrangement.
The customer will be liable for the shipping costs of the return.
Items are only eligible for a refund if untampered, unused, and unopened in their original packaging.
Once we have received the items we will be in touch and inform you on the status of your refund and whether it has been accepted or not. If it has we will process your refund within 48 hours.
Any fees, taxes, duties or import charges incurred by sending our products internationally need to be covered the customer. Please check the laws and charges for your country and understand if the item is lost in transit or held by customs cannot be refunded.
Terpenes are not eligible for a refund.
Buy one get one free offers are not eligible for partial refunds.
However, we treat each case individually, so if you are not happy give us a shout via our contact section and we'll see what we can do.
